Taskory Privacy Policy

Tasks, notes, scheduled dates, 3P classifications, projects, task hierarchy, and profile information (name, email address, date of birth, and vision statement) are stored in the database on your device by default.

Only when you explicitly enable Product improvement analytics in Settings may the following information be sent for product-improvement analytics:

• Tasks, notes, scheduled dates, categories, projects, and hierarchy data
• Profile information you enter, including your name, email, date of birth, and vision statement
• A pseudonymized app-installation identifier
• Transmission timestamp and event type

Declining or withdrawing analytics consent does not restrict core features, including task creation, project management, calendar, and archive.

Information sent with analytics consent is used only to understand product features and usage flows and to improve Taskory. The legal basis for this processing is your prior consent.

We do not use this information for advertising targeting, sale, or any third party's independent marketing.

Data on your device may remain there until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Analytics records sent to the server are retained for up to 90 days from collection and then deleted.

You can withdraw analytics consent in Settings. Withdrawal stops future transmissions and deletes queued analytics items on your device. You can request deletion of information already sent to the server through the app's remote-data deletion request or by contacting us below. We will notify you of the result without undue delay.

When you consent to analytics, Supabase, Inc. acts as our processor for the storage and processing of opt-in product-improvement analytics data. The data is processed in Northeast Asia (Seoul) and is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections when you consent.

We use TLS for remote transmission and limit server access to personnel who need it for their work. We manage access records and deletion requests. Local data is stored in the app's database on your device, so device locking and operating-system security updates also matter.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent. You can change your analytics choice and request remote data deletion in Settings. For other requests, contact visionexperiencedeveloper@gmail.com.

Taskory is not designed for children. Where parental consent is required by applicable law, the service must be used with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision.

We may change this policy to reflect changes in law, the service, or our operating practices. We will provide notice through the app or public page for material changes and obtain new consent where required.
